Education agents and school leaders can now start early conversations for Summer 2027 group planning.

Students should arrive with suitable clothing for both classroom lessons and outdoor activities, comfortable shoes, toiletries, any prescribed medication, spending money if desired, and plenty of enthusiasm. We recommend bringing a notebook, pens, a reusable water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing, including a waterproof jacket. A full pre-arrival information pack, including a detailed packing list and arrival guidance, will be sent before the programme begins..

All students complete an English placement test before or on arrival to ensure they are placed in the most suitable class. If a student feels their class is not the right level, our Academic Team will review their placement during the first few days and, where appropriate, make any necessary changes to ensure they feel comfortable, supported, and challenged.

Our programmes are designed as complete residential packages, including tuition, accommodation, meals, activities, and excursions. As programmes run for just 1–2 weeks, changes to course duration or lesson packages after booking may not always be possible. Please contact our Admissions Team as soon as possible if any changes are required, and we will do our best to assist.

We keep class sizes small to maximise participation, confidence, and individual support. Classes typically have between 10 and 13 students, with a maximum of 13 students per class.

If a student feels unwell, our Welfare Team will provide appropriate support and, where necessary, arrange medical assistance. Due to the intensive nature of our short programmes, missed lessons may not be replaced, however teachers will support students in catching up with any missed class materials where possible.
